On Being a Master by Dr. Meg

by Dr.Meg on May 19, 2009

On Being a Master
What does it take to be a Master?
The truth is that we already are.
A few thoughts from Dr. Meg.

* A Master has accepted him or herself as who and what they are.
* A Master has humbly accepted his or her assignments within their journey with no strings attached, no what ifs and no looking back to the past.
* A Master embodies the Living Truth with no drama, no trauma, in every moment that they are.
* A Master embodies personal integrity. This doesn’t mean how honest we are in the world, but how honest we are with ourselves. Self deception is one of the greatest causes of fear. We can tell if we are in personal integrity if how we feel on the inside matches what we experience on the outside.
* A Master not only has learned to give, but to receive, having given him or herself value of equal measure across the board.
* A Master embodies love instead of practicing it as an ideal or an idea.
* A Master is able to find compassion for everyone including him or herself.
* A Master is everything that a Master teaches and is always aware that there is more to learn.
* A Master knows no comparison of experience. Each is on a perfect path to what his or her soul seeks.
* A Master embraces all that he or she is faced with without fear, instead, with a full heart and of his or her wholeness.
* A Master sleeps well at night, knowing that he or she has done their very best in any given situation throughout the day and that’s all her or she could have done.
* A Master Knows there are no mistakes, only opportunities to change direction or to learn something, and then rather than beating him or herself up for it, can laugh at the humanity of it and go on to the next thing without dragging what was behind them.
* A Master looks to no one for approval, but is open to everyone to share what he or she has and accepting to new avenues of thought and the wisdom others have gained. After all, we all have a piece of the puzzle.
* A Master basks not in ego, but in humility and wonder at the scope of the infinite.
* A Master never feels as if he or she has learned it all because that is impossible except as a body of Light when we are encompassed within the light of the source.
* A Master carries that Light everywhere he or she goes without judgment or attachment to outcome, after all, once it is shared, it will grow according to the choices others make.
* A Master goes with the flow, allowing him or herself to regenerate, honoring that which he or she needs to be at their peak potential, for if one is truly within the flow, one gets as much as one gives.
* A Master needs no words such as these to convey the simplicity of the apparent complexity of what is. It just is.
* A Master is love, on Earth and everywhere beyond.

Urgent – Your Help is Needed!

by Rockie on January 13, 2009

Hello there,

I am writing this to ask you if you have any contacts, info or can offer any help in finding a doctor to take care of a old friend of mine who desperately needs surgery for a hernia/tumor?

While he works exceptionally hard 6 days a week with his pain and health issues he has been turned down from all agencies that are here to help people, perhaps if he was one of the two minorities his chances would be better!!

His wife is disabled and not in good shape at all and getting worse and he has to work for it all they have. He is not a veteran, nor native and has been turned down for Medicare and Medicade. His name is Jim Williams and his number is 832-259-5026.

Just today, I went to see him at work here in Shepherd, Texas and he was changing a earth mover tire as big as he was, but he works and never complains and keeps going for he told me he has to for his wife and him to live!!

Please let me know if you can help or direct him to the right place for all, he has even tried Texas rehab to no avail!! I thank you and pray for a miracle and a angel to come forward so this fellow can live normal and without pain and suffering to keep going!!

Peace and Prayers,

Cody LittleHawk Swimmer

Defending Nano Silver

Defending Nano Silver

In the Defense of Nano Silver: Comments to EPA Needed by January 20th

Health Freedom Action eAlert – take action here:
http://salsa.democracyinaction.org/o/568/t/1128/campaign.jsp?campaign_KEY=26405

From the Vitamin Lawyer Health Freedom Blog
http://vitaminlawyerhealthfreedom.blogspot.com/2009/01/defending-nano-silver.html

Those “internationalists” who want to see humanity culled by the “inevitable” pandemic about which we at Natural Solutions Foundation have raised the alarm these past months cannot succeed so long as a general immune system support nutrient exists around which dangerous pathogens cannot mutate. So long as we have a nutritional defense to the pandemic UN and other authorities tell us will happen “soon,” we now doubt it will actually take place as quickly as forecast.

That protective nutrient is nano silver, in the presence of which none of the naturally deadly or even weaponized pathogens can survive. So it was to be expected that major attacks on silver would predate the actual start of the pandemic. Years ago the Food and Drug Administration, the FDA, forbade any health claims about silver (through our Health Freedom Action eAlerts we have, however, made millions of people aware of the protective benefits of silver). And now the Environmental “Protection” Agency, the EPA, weighs in with potentially devastating regulations of topical uses (see docket EPA-HQ-OPP-2008-0650).

Yes, that “final” attack has started and if successful — if nutrient and topical silver are removed from the market — you can be sure the pandemic will soon follow.

Natural Solutions Foundation has determined to make the defense of nano silver a major effort this year. I have volunteered to focus on protecting access to silver as Coordinator of our new Defense of Nano Silver program. Now that silver has been shown to be safe (even massive over-use only causes, in two recorded cases, a benign skin discoloration), silver must be protected from political attack to remain available to the public, ultimately, to prevent the pandemic only the most cynical New World Order depopulation fanatic would ever want to see happen.

We believe our efforts focused on educating decision makers and the public about the nature of the false attacks on silver and the benefits of silver in the current heightened threat environment will go a long way toward protecting the public from a potentially devastating world pandemic. We urge all silver purveyors to become company sponsors of Natural Solutions Foundation to support these efforts. Please email me if your company is ready to “step up to the plate.”

The current efforts to protect nano silver are clearly insufficient to withstand current and likely future attacks. Therefore, I have resigned from the Silver Safety Committee, on which I have served for 8 years, to free up more time for direct action to protect silver and with it, Health Freedom, as part of the Natural Solutions Foundation’s International Decade of Nutrition.

The trustees of the Natural Solutions Foundation feel strongly that nano silver is a perfect test case for our Health Freedom: with it, weaponized or naturally pandemic threats are reduced through safe, natural home remedies; silver solutions have been used for centuries by knowledgeable individuals. At the same time, pharmaceutical and medical control and profits are reduced. Without it, we are at the mercy of the weaponizers and of the profiteering habits of Big Pharma.

Nano silver is, in a very real sense, intimately connected with our collective and individual health, freedom, and perhaps, survival.

We ask everyone to join us in telling the EPA to leave nano silver alone. This is yet another case where unnecessary government regulation is being forced on us, with “unintentional” dangerous results.

The Natural Solutions Foundation, founded in 2004, is an international NGO (Non Governmental Organization) focused on health freedom. We are active and registered in several countries and a not for profit 501(C )(3) tax exempt organization in the United States. The Mission of the Foundation is to discover, develop, demonstrate and disseminate natural solutions to the problems facing us and threatening our health and freedom, achieving and maintaining a healthy self, community and world. Our primary web site is www.HealthFreedomUSA.org. We have over 190,000 people on our opt-in Health Freedom Action eAlert system.

We have reviewed the “petition” seeking to have EPA “regulate” topical use of nano silver as a “pesticide.” The regulations sought are unnecessary and harmful to the public good.

Silver products have traditionally been used for their cleansing benefits. Even the old idea of “being born with a silver spoon in your mouth” is testament to the traditional protective benefits of silver. Silver utensils are one example of silver use that dates back thousands of years. The modern application of silver to counter tops, food containers and the like is merely a continuation of that traditional, natural use.

We see no convincing evidence that there is any potential of imminent harm to the public from the continued use of silver, topically or otherwise. Therefore there is no rational basis upon which to regulate silver as a “pesticide.”

We request that the EPA deny the “petition.”

About Drums
By Patricia DancingElk

Drums.  There are as many teachings on the drum as there are cultures using them.  I can only share what has been given to me.  I am going to speak from my heart and pray that you listen in the same way.  As an indigenous person, I have strong ties and strong opinions on how the drum is honored.

Part of my walk is healing from dna programming (beliefs) so sometimes there is conflict within myself as I go from dna tribal programming the freedom of spirit path.   What I feel in my heart is most important.  And, what I feel in my heart is that the drum represents the heartbeat and rhythm of the mother/people.  In that way, it is important to remember and be present when working with the drum.

There is the misunderstanding or understatement about musical instruments.  Those things that we call musical instruments (drums, flutes, etc).  You see, sound is a vibration. It is an energy and in that way it invokes certain other energies that in turn creates a response in your own energy body.

Our belief is that when you send that vibration it is heard and answered by spirit.  If it is not sent in a respectful way, the spirits who answer are not always of the highest energies. In our way, there are prayers sent before any sound is created.  Prayers for protection.  Prayers asking for assistance.  Prayers of honoring and gratefulness to the spirit of the wood, animal, metal, stone who gave their life so that you would have this instrument of sound.  Prayers of honoring and gratefulness to the ancestors who brought these ways of healing and an asking to be taught how to walk in balance with that instrument of healing.

So, many times I hear of drum groups having trance dances.  I have to say that scares me.  And, to hear reports of someone really going into trance and becoming ecstatic or acting out of the norm scares me even more.  Have these people never learned about entity attachments?   For this reason, I have chosen not to participate when my beloved relatives attend the drum sessions.

There is such a draw right now, such a hunger to heal and grow.  And, in that way, there is a draw/hunger to learn Native American (Indian) ways.  I want to share something with you that is important now in the story teller ways.

In the beginning we were all tribal people. The spirit of healing woman brought teachings of healing through ceremony to the four nations (red, white, black and yellow).  With that she brought three tools; the drum, the flute (sound healers) and the pipe to all of those people.  Through time, each of those nations made their own teachings/rules about those instruments of healing some of them twisted and contorted until they were no longer recognizable to the people and so the people began to fear the power of those instruments and stopped using them.  Fear was established and so they became “tools of the devil”

I have seen the drum, flute and pipe of the red nation, black nation and yellow nation.  I have not seen those ceremonial tools for the white nation so much.  What I have seen is what they were twisted and contorted into; there is the drum used in the school bands and the flute used in the same and the short personal pipe that is smoked as a luxury by men.  Then they took that luxury and put paper around it to make it easier and put them in packages to be sold anywhere. Then they added more chemicals than tobacco into them and so now they are killing more people because the spirit of healing has left that tobacco.

The black nation, red nation and yellow nation have kept their ceremonies around the sound healers and the pipes although they have taken the feminine out of them.

Now you see my white nation relatives trying to reconnect to healing through these tools that were given their ancestors but they don’t remember how and so they look to the red ancestors to remind them.  That is good.  I see groups and teachers everywhere now showing the people how to create these healing tools.  That is good.  I only pray that these teachers remember to teach the sacred way, the honoring way.

What Is The Best Stress Relief?

What Is The Best Stress Relief?

by Jeff Fenske

One of the best stress relievers would be a vacation of your choosing. No, not one you are coerced into by relatives or friends but something you enjoy. Vacation is the one thing that brings the most pleasure to most people. Unfortunately, not everyone can take a vacation when they need to nor can they take a vacation of their choosing when they do have the time. So, I’ll give you some quick tips on how to decompress.

Since you did not acquire all your stress at one time, don’t attempt to rid yourself of all for it in one quick setting. It takes time to learn new habits and changes, but gradually you will find relief for the stress.

Stress can be relieved in a number of different ways.

One way to reduce stress is to change your mind from what it is currently focusing on and making it switch gears. Puzzles are avaialble for young and old alike and are avaialble in many different skill levels.

Gardening is an excellent source of stress relief. Or getting out in the woods for a walk or cutting and stacking firewood can be a healthy means of releasing pent up nervous energy and stress.

Most of the time we are too busy to notice the beauty of nature around us. We’re so focused on the negative stress that we totally ignore or don’t let in what is a natural stress releiver. Go for a drive in the country, to the lake or ocean, to the mountains and spend some time observing.

Could you make an effort to add only one simple pleasure to your day?

Try a hobby. It does not have to be expensive. it can be as simple as replanting a 99 cent cacti into a nicer pot and watching it shoot up. They grow fast and are easy to grow. But, you should find something that can take your mind off the stress and find some relief.

Try some natural stress relief through natural stress reducing supplements. They are frequently as good or better than big drug company prescription drugs.

When is the last time you just relaxed listening to some music of your choice. Not what some radio DJ wants you to hear, but something you really enjoy? When you listen to an old favorite ro the peaceful strains of an accomplished musician, stress can just fall away.

Try picking up an instrument on ebay. Get something easy that you can play around with and have some relaxing fun. I ended up getting a bunch of odd and unusual noise makers for fun but also a nice Native American flute that even I can make sound good.

Try reading and meditating on some Psalms out of the Bible. The Bible says we can make melody in our hearts and laughter is the best medicine. Try speaking peaceful words of encouragement to yourself. Yes, really, speak blessing over yourself.

Stress can be releived by exercise. It provides a way for the body to get rid of all the tension and frustration. Exercise can heal the mind as it shapes your body.

When you exercise, you can get a boost of confidence knowing you’re the best you can be.

Laughter is the best medicine. Physiologically the body improves with a state of happiness. Laughter helps you to relax and reduce high levels of anxiety. So keep laughing for stress relief. Really, good honest, clean humor, which admittedly is hard to find, is the best.

Take some shots-with a camera! Scenes from nature known to have a relaxant effect are the Grand Canyon, the Matterhorn, mountain scenes, woods and pristine beaches. For some people, just pictures can help, but for others, the relief from stress comes from actually being there.

Take time for yourself. Whichever mehtod of stress relief you choose, remember to take or make the time for you to actually do it and reap the benefits.

Rendulums By Rockie

Hi,
This is what I was taught…
This comes from the complete story on how the first young man was told to play the flute by the Creator. I would share that with you but it would take about an hour if I spoke the words and much longer to type.
The background is that this boy around the age of 12 was a weakling that couldn’t do much of anything. He was sickly and couldn’t hunt, no body would play with him, and the girls laughed at him….you know the situation. Anyway, one day he followed a Great Elk into the woods with the intentions of hunting it and bringing back food for the village and impressing everyone with his skills. However, the Elk is a wily old buck that leads him deeper and deeper into the forest until he is completely lost. To make even this long story shorter, after a very long time by him self in the forest he told the Creator that he missed the sound of his mothers singing and wished that he could have music.
One day the wind was rustling through a stand of ancient cedars, the lower branches scraggly and bare. One of these branches was hollow and as the wind blew, a wonderful sound came from it. The boy said a prayer of thanks (he knew the Creator gave him this gift, put some tobacco at the base of the tree, climbed up and snapped off the branch to bring it back down. He blew and he blew but no matter how hard he tried, he couldn’t get it to sound. Then his friend the woodpecker came to him and told him that the Creator had given him the instructions on how to make it play. So the woodpecker told him to hold it out and then he landed on the outstretched branch and began to peck two holes in it, the length of his outstretched toes apart. But instead of pecking round holes though, he pecked slanted square holes. To connect the two into one, he then scratched out a very shallow channel between them and then he squatted on top of the branch, sitting like he would be tending his nest. As he wiggled back and forth to get comfortable, he instructed the boy to blow. All of a sudden, the flute began to play a beautiful low note but only one note and the boy quickly got bored tooting the flute. The woodpecker then instructed the boy to put his finger in places down the flute that felt good while holding it and the woodpecker reached down the length of flute from his perch and tapped in 6 more round holes at the places where the boy’s fingers landed. He told the boy to cover them and uncover them as he blew and well….you know what happened…you have made the same sounds with your first flute!
And so, out of respect for the woodpecker, every flute since that day has a ‘bird’ and ‘nest’ to make it play!
Now the boy could make a lot of noises and this thrilled him for a few days but he quickly got bored and asked the Creator to show him how he could put the sounds together to make pleasing songs. This is how the Creator instructed him; for the next few days, I would like you to go into the open field and play the tree-tops that surround the field. If there are 2 together, then tap 2 times with your foot before proceeding with the next note. If there are 3 trees together, tap three times. If it is high tree, play a high note and a low tree play a low note and all of the notes in the middle for all of the other trees. When you can do this without stopping and it flows like the rivers, come back to me. They boy did as he was asked but it took many hours of following the treetops before he could follow them as easily as the rivers flow. When he felt he had reached the point where he could play all the treetops as easily as the rivers flow he, was so proud that he asked the Creator if he would like to hear what he had learned. The Creator said, ‘No, you are not ready. There is still more to learn.” The boy was disappointed but he still asked what the next step was. He heard the Creator say; for the next few days, I want you to back to your field, but this time I want you to follow the birds. At first pick only one. If the bird goes high, then the note should be high. If the birds swoop and go low, then the notes should swoop low. If the bird hangs in the air, then the note should also hang. If the birds are warbling, then your note should also warble. When you can play all the birds that visit your field as easily as the rivers flow, I want you to come back for you final lesson. And so, once again the boy did as instructed. At first he had a lot of trouble following the smaller birds, so he followed the hawks gliding overhead. After many long hours that stretched into days of sitting in his field, he had gained confidence and began to follow each movement and sound of every bird. It was a long time but eventually he could follow them as easily as the rivers flow. He was so excited that he felt he must play to show the Creator what he could do. Once more the Creator refused to listen, and once more came the Creator’s words;
Now I would like you to go back to your field. I would like you to close your eyes and imagine the treetops… I would like you to imagine the birds that have visited your field…and I would like you to then open your heart and allow the spirit to come from there, to your mouth and out of the flute. I will be there beside you, listening to the treetops and the birds and most of all, your heart.
The young man did as he was instructed and at first he played the treetops in his mind and then the birds as they flew past and then the treetops and the bird’s warble and before he knew it, he was making the most beautiful music that the Creator had ever heard. He had stopped ’seeing’ and began to ‘feel’. He was playing straight from his heart.
In later years, after he taught many people to make these gifts from the Creator, he was asked; how did he learned to play so well. Along with this story, he always added;
It’s simple really; I just play from my heart!
Truthfully, all of nature is the Creator’s Sheet Music. If you look hard enough, listen long enough and practice long enough you will begin to play from you heart too.
Hope you liked it. Feel free to pass it along to anyone that is interested!

Thank you Dave!

Reiki Gets a Glimmer of Olympic Silver

Saturday August 16, 2008

New Zealand cyclist Hayden Roulston wins the silver medal for the Olympic men’s 4000m individual pursuit. In a pre-win interview (video interview) he recognized Reiki as the reason he was able to recover from a serious heart condition in 2006.

In response to the interviewer’s question How did you fix something the medical fraternity said was life threatening?

Roulston’s response was:

Through Reiki actually. It’s Japanese healing technique. It’s a hands-on treatment which transfers energy from one person to another. There was once upon a time I use to focus on just the mental and the physical, now it’s the emotional and the spiritual, four very different components that’s going to win the gold medal. If I walk away with the gold medal knowing I performed to my utmost best I”ll be happy, but if I walk away with silver or bronze or fourth the better man won on the day…

A Great win and a Great Tribute to Reiki!

Reiki Blessings to you All.
